BOOKING

Treehouse offers two categories of accommodation, each with its own minimum stay:
• Private Sleeping Pods — minimum 2 weeks
• Micro Rooms — minimum 4 weeks
You can stay as long as you like, subject to room availability. The average stay is around 3 months, with many students and local professionals staying 6–12 months. Applications for longer stays are preferred.
Yes, subject to availability & room change may apply due to existing bookings and forward reservations
Adjustments or cancellations are permitted, subject to availability and management approval. Additional costs may apply.
Everything you need for comfortable, connected city living:

Rooftop Terrace: rooftop lobby lounge, Pavillions, sun lounges , dining & bar seating, outdoor cinema, BBQs, pizza oven and outdoor kitchen

Secure parcel room, study pods, vending machines, and communal areas
No bond is required (however, should a tenancy lease be required a bond will apply).
Yes. Payment in advance confirms your booking. Extensions are flexible after your initial minimum stay subject to availability. Contact our on-site team during your stay to discuss options.
After your initial advance payment, rent is paid every 2 weeks in advance on a regular fortnightly cycle.
• Pods (2-week minimum): Pay 2 weeks upfront to confirm your stay. Ongoing rent is to be paid fortnightly in advance.
• Micro Rooms (4-week minimum): Ongoing rent is to be paid fortnightly in advance.

The initial minimum stay payment is non-refundable if departing early.
You can pay online with no added fees using Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, or WeChat Pay.
No. While Treehouse is close to major universities and language colleges, we welcome a diverse community that values respectful shared living.

Each room is prepared with:

Bedding (mattress, protector, doona, sheets, pillows, cushions and towels

Tableware (2x plates, bowls, mugs, glasses & cutlery) placed in your room prior to arrival.

Bathroom supplies in shared bathrooms include hand, body & hair wash and toilet paper.
No, your weekly rate includes everything. No credit card surcharges, no admin fees, and no surprise charges.

STAYING AT THE TREEHOUSE

Self check-in is available 7 days a week from 1:00pm. You’ll receive full instructions by email, text or WhatsApp before arrival, including your access code and keycard collection details. Our Treehouse crew are available Monday-Friday, with a General Manager on site 24/7 for support.

Early check-in requires booking and paying for the night prior.
Check-out is strictly by 10:00am.
The initial minimum stay is non-refundable should you depart early. For stays longer than 4 weeks, at least 14 days’ written notice is required. Less than 14 days' notice will incur a 2-week early departure fee. Promotional or minimum-stay offers are non-refundable if shortened.
Yes. Security features include keycard & code entry to all buildings, 24/7 CCTV coverage, secure parcel delivery area, and on-site management presence.
Yes, residents may invite up to two guests at a time. If you wish to host more, please seek prior management approval. Overnight stays are not permitted, as all rooms are single-occupancy.
Yes! We have a stylish communal, fully equipped kitchen with fridges, storage, and cooking utensils. BBQ facilities are also available up on the rooftop terrace.

The laundry contains PayWave-operated washing machines and dryers, available 24/7.
Not at all! The communal kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and utensils. Your room also includes an Essentials Package with plates, bowls, cups, mugs, and cutlery. Just bring your cooking skills (or willingness to learn!).
Paid parking is available directly opposite the property on High St for $12 per day & $50 per week.
We take care of communal areas and bathrooms 3x weekly, but we kindly ask you to keep your private space tidy.
The shared kitchen has fridge space, and each room includes a private storage cupboard. Micro rooms come with a compact fridge for extra convenience.
Just the basics: be kind, respectful, and considerate of your housemates. We’ll share the full guidelines when you move in!
We have PayWave-operated washing machines & dryers on-site, available 24/7. An iron and ironing board is also available.
Due to the co-living nature of our building, we do not permit animals.
Treehouse Toowong common areas are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The ground floor co-living area has seating for 30 people and 3 private sound hubs for residents to work, study & make calls without being disturbed. The rooftop terrace is spectacular with views across Brisbane city and seating for 120 people, made up of 3 private pavilions, 7 lounge areas, high stool seating areas for computer work or entertainment and an outdoor undercover cinema.
